he Hong Kong daily newspapers – Oriental Daily and Ta Kung Pao, had interviewed our Engineering Sales Manager Mr. Simon Lee, to share his experience in working in a manufacturing industry and his view on how to attract the young generation of Hong Kong to join the force.
Simon joined the Group since his graduation in 2003. He finds his greatest motivation to work in the Group for long years comes from the opportunity to work in different positions throughout the years which enriched his knowledge and experience in various aspects. He believes, to attract the young generation to join the industry, it is necessary to build up the image that Hong Kong's industry is innovative, sustainable and has great room for development by revealing the latest development of the industry in Hong Kong and in the international market.
