Simon finds working in the Industrial and Manufacturing field is fun, and brings many valuable experiences that enriched his life. He cherishes the opportunities on solving different challenges, and to work with different parties, both internal and external. It helps him to integrate different skills and explore further in the industry.

Simon believes all experiences are linked, which helps to generate more knowledge and cultivate better wisdom.
