Being granted for the Manpower Developer Award (the “MD Award”) for 10 consecutive years, Tunbow is bestowed with the prestigious Super MD Award! This remarkable accolade is a testament to our unwavering dedication to manpower training and development, as well as our commitment to nurturing a highly skilled workforce.

The Super MD award, presented by the Employees Retraining Board (the “ERB”), is an esteemed recognition that honours the outstanding achievements of Manpower Developers (MDs) in the realm of training and development. It symbolizes the remarkable contributions that Tunbow has made towards enhancing human capital within our industry.

As part of the Scheme, the effectiveness of the strategies and practices in manpower training and development of participating organisation will be reviewed and evaluated in accordance with a set of objectives and assessment criteria established by the independent Technical Consultant. Organisations that fulfil the criteria will be acknowledged as MDs. Current MDs that have been granted the award status for 10 consecutive years (2013 – 2023) will be acknowledged as “Super MDs”.
