To celebrate the 3rd Anniversary of the Huizheng District Union, Huizhou, a gala dinner is held on 25 Sept 2018 to recognize the meaningful moment. At the occassion of welcoming the 69th Anniversary of the Founding of the People's Republic of China, the District Representativve Mr. Lin Li Yu gave a speech to  the bless for sustainable prosperity of the HKSAR.
